The app shows the payout. These numbers help tell the rest of the story. 👇

1. 💵 PAYOUT
   Total earned, including tips and bonuses. Update pending amounts later—and don’t count a cash-out as new earnings.
   
   
   
2. 🛣️ MILES
   Start and finish odometer readings. Include pickup and return travel when evaluating the job, and separate personal miles.
   
   
   
3. ⏱️ TIME
   The whole job: driving, waiting, loading and getting back—not just the delivery time shown in the app.
   
   
   
4. ⛽🔋 FUEL OR CHARGING
   Estimate the cost used for that shift. A full tank purchased today isn’t necessarily today’s entire fuel expense.
   
   
   
5. 🧾 OTHER BUSINESS EXPENSES
   Tolls, parking and supplies. Save receipts, and don’t count fuel twice.
   
   

These are starting numbers—not a complete profit calculation. Maintenance, vehicle wear, insurance and taxes still matter.
