How the numbers are calculated

Total miles = delivery + pickup + return miles. Fuel = miles ÷ MPG × price per gallon. EV charging = miles ÷ 100 × kWh per 100 miles × price per kWh. Each vehicle cost = miles × its rate. Total costs include energy, vehicle costs and the fixed amounts entered. After costs = payout + tips − total costs. Per-mile and hourly results divide by total miles and total hours. Target payout = total costs + target hourly earnings × total hours.

Zero-mile routes can still be calculated; per-mile results are unavailable. Total time must be greater than zero. A tax reserve only applies to a positive after-cost result and is shown separately from operating costs. This is an operating estimate, not an IRS mileage deduction or a promise of earnings.
