Useful maintenance videos

Video links checked 2026-10-25 · Four guides added October 25, 2026

Start with checks and simple replacements. These demonstrations explain common jobs; your own vehicle's manual and service instructions determine the procedure, tools and specifications.

Before lifting a vehicle or working on brakes

Use the specified lift points, wheel chocks and properly rated support stands. Never get under a vehicle held only by a jack. Brake work can require model-specific torque values and an electronic parking-brake service mode. If you cannot safely complete and verify the repair, use a qualified mechanic. Leave hybrid and EV high-voltage systems to trained technicians.
