Sharing my October 9 results because the payout is only part of the story:
馃摫 Online time: 2 hours, 54 minutes
馃殬 Booked time: 2 hours, 21 minutes
馃搷 Booked miles: 42.8
馃挼 Earnings shown: $60.51, including one $3 tip
Two ways to calculate the hourly earnings:
鉃★笍 Using booked time: 25.75/hour
鉃★笍 Using all online time: $20.87/hour
Both are before expenses. That鈥檚 33 minutes online without a booked ride鈥攁nd that time matters when I鈥檓 evaluating my work.
The payout also works out to $1.41 per booked mile. But booked miles aren鈥檛 necessarily every mile I drove. Any extra driving between rides or getting home needs to go into my own mileage record.
Fuel or charging, maintenance, tires, and vehicle wear still need to come out before I can call it profit.
馃摑 One $3 tip was showing when I took these screenshots. The app notes that tips can take up to 25 hours to appear, so this is a snapshot of my earnings at that moment.
My takeaway: $60.51 earned is useful to know. Total time, total miles, and what鈥檚 left tell me whether the shift worked for me.
