SPARK DRIVERS: READ THE REWARDS —ESPECIALLY THE OFFER PRIORITY PART! 🚨
Walmart Spark’s Rewards Program has three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Sapphire. According to the terms shared, here’s what drivers should know:
🥈 SILVER Access to select partner offers, including T-Mobile, Verizon, Keeper, and Driver.
🥇 GOLD Adds Walmart+ and “Offers Before Silver” priority matching for round-robin offers.
💎 SAPPHIRE Adds “Offers Before Gold & Silver” priority matching and a 10% multiplier on eligible incentives.
⚠️ That 10% does NOT mean 10% more on every delivery! For example, a qualifying $50 incentive would receive an additional $5. The multiplier applies to eligible incentives in selected zones while you meet Sapphire eligibility.
📲 YES—THE TERMS CONNECT REWARDS TIERS TO OFFER PRIORITY. Gold and Sapphire can receive priority matching for round-robin offers. However, Spark says matching also considers other factors. A higher tier does not guarantee a certain number of offers—or better-paying offers.
📊 WHAT DETERMINES YOUR TIER? Monthly trip points plus applicable metrics:
• Completion Rate
• On-Time Arrival
• Customer Rating
• Quantity Found for shopping orders
Acceptance rate is not listed among the metrics used for rewards eligibility in these terms.
📅 POINTS RESET EVERY MONTH. Your metrics generally use your latest 100 trips within the past 15 months—or all trips during that period if you’ve completed fewer than 100. The terms don’t provide the exact point and metric thresholds, so check your app.
📍 LOCATION MATTERS. The program is available in select zones. Trips outside participating zones don’t earn rewards points, but metrics from those trips still count.
🔎 MORE FINE PRINT: • Instant perks become available when you qualify and generally last through month-end.
• End-of-month rewards depend on remaining eligible on the last day of the month.
• Spark can change rewards, partners, and eligibility standards.
• The terms say rewards metrics alone don’t determine your access to the platform.
💬 My take: Calculate whether the perks justify the trips you’re taking. Fuel, mileage, waiting time, and the drive back still affect your profit—even when you’re chasing Sapphire.
