Business Insider reported this week that Walmart reversed an earlier limit on bins used on employees’ online-order picking carts, returning to eight-bin loads and instructions to pull the carts.
Walmart confirmed the change followed testing and evaluation. Some employees raised concerns about physical strain; Walmart said its requirements to maintain cart control and visibility remain unchanged. This concerns store employees’ fulfillment carts, not a new Spark driver rule.
